Smoked Pork Shoulder Part 2 of the Traeger smoked pork shoulder. Finished with apple juice and the secret ingredient! You have to check the video out to find out what it is! 10 hour smoke at 225, rest in the Yeti Cooler for 1 hour. Tender, pull apart, and juicy, seasoned with Hey Grill Hey Sweet Rub and Apple Jalapeño BBQ sauce.

Smoked Pork Shoulder on the Traeger 780 Pro. Check out Shea's tips and tricks for seasoning and smoking a pork shoulder. He is seasoned it with Cholula Original Hot Sauce, Hey Grill Hey Sweet BBQ Rub, and black pepper. He is using Traeger Hickory pellets to smoke it slowly at 225 degrees for about 5 hours.
